The most importants audiences in Granada


La chumbera
The 'Chumbera' has an auditorium and an amphitheater which is next to the restaurant, the auditorium stage is a glass wall overlooking the Alhambra with a capacity for 409 people and is a special frame for any type of meeting, product launches, conferences .. .
The outdoor amphitheater seats 350 people, where they have already made some late nights of music and dance festival in Granada. Located: The legendary Sacromonte is a hill with beautiful caves and buildings, the Alhambra in front of a Nazari and Christian city with its cathedral in the background.
The Chumbera with spacious balconies and terraces and unforgettable views of the Alhambra Valparaiso, the cathedral and the plain at the bottom with three of the most beautiful caves of Sacromote: 'La gazpacha', 'La golondrina' y 'Las cabreras'.



Manuel de Falla

Manuel de Falla Auditorium in Granada is home to the Orquesta Ciudad de Granada, and the Cultural Center and Archive Music Manuel de Falla.
Opened in 1978 with a concert by the National Orchestra of Spain under the baton of Antoni Ros-Marbà, which took place on the 10 of June. The auditorium, designed by the architecter José María García de Paredes, is located near the gardens of the Alhambra. The building comprises two large rooms, excellent acoustics, on both sides of the stage (which is located on the large body of Manuel de Falla Auditorium), a cafeteria and permanent exhibition of works of art. Access to the building is via a large garden.





Palacio de congresos

In its seven levels, the Palace has nine rooms with a total capacity of 3,560 people. The higher the García Lorca Hall in the 2000 Congress that fall, and Manuel de Falla, which can accommodate up to 560 people. The left part, smaller-capacity, offers a varied range of possibilities that can adapt to the needs of the organizers of any event. Teatro Isabel la Católica

Result of ambitious urban reforms undertaken in the 40s of the last century, Granada recovered for a repertory theater cultural heritage with the name of Isabel the Catholic for seventy years and until 1936 had endorsed the taste of Granada by the plays. The new Teatro Isabel la Católica, in its current location was opened in 1952, just days before the start of the Festival of Music and Dance, which has already used this scenario to close this first edition with two unforgettable performances of guitarist Andres Segovia.

After a period of lethargy in which it was to be used as a cinema, it was purchased, the city of Granada. Remodeled and expanded its scenic possibilities beyond the purely dramatic roles, it reopened its doors in 1998. Dance, flamenco shows for children scheduled for the Festival can be enjoyed in this central space, which has continued to improve its facilities with the recent renovation of its arena.
